After our adventure finding Prismbeard’s treasure, we’re on our way to find the riches of Rasquellywag! This is quite a tedious task as we have to go back and forth between a few NPCs before they finally get to the point, but fear not! This guide will show you exactly who to talk to as well as all the locations you might’ve missed to find the prize as fast as possible!
Starting The Quest
Your first interaction with this quest will be when you get a letter from Auni. Once you get the letter, meet Auni and speak with him about it.
Once the quest updates, our next goal is to talk to Caleri. Depending on the time of day, she’ll be at the library; if not, use the map to locate her and talk to her.
If you get lucky, you can talk with her in the library and she’ll tell you that the book is at her desk, and you can read it.
The next part of the quest is talking to Axel. Head to Elderwood Stables and you’ll spot Axel’s location on the map. It’s actually above you, so you need to use the rope wall to climb up and go around the path to meet with Axel.
The quest updates for us to find more about Merpods, which we need to by talking with Caleri. Once you talk with her, she’ll tell you that the book is currently with Zeki.
Once you’ve met with and talked to Zeki, your next task is to fish out Kelpie from the pond. In Elderwood, head to the pond at F6, at the entrance to Deep Woods from Central Stables. Stand under the tent and start fishing. Keep in mind, you don’t need any bait to catch Kelpie.
Once you reel in what looks like a moss-covered treasure chest, you will obtain Kelpie in your inventory. Place it down and talk with it about the treasure.
Head back to Caleri and ask her about the book. She’ll point you to Jel. Meet with Jel, who’ll be at the village and talk to him about the book to obtain it.
Read the book to update the quest, and you’ll now be tasked with finding a Platinum node, in which Cosmo is hiding. Use an ore tracker to mine platinum nodes in Elderwood.
Once you loot a node and get Cosmo, head to this location to place him down and talk to him. Now, we repeat what we’ve been doing before. Head back to Caleri and ask about the book. She’ll say that Jina has that book, so now head back to Kilima Village to talk with Jina.
Once you read the book, your quest will get updated, and now you have to find and talk to Hopper. Head to Elderwood and open your map to see the location of Hopper, north of Central Stables. Once you find him, talk to him to claim +3 Potato Pod Prize Bag.
For the final part of the quest, find Auni and tell him about the good news! And with that, you have completed the ‘Rasquellywag’s Riches’ quest.
