Inside the deadly town of Castor Woods, there are many locations to explore in Dying Light: The Beast. One such location is the Orange Hotel, which houses a locked safe containing valuable loot. You’ll be able to find this Hotel in the north of the Old Town, near the Library Tower safe zone. It will be marked by a capital “H” on your map. Once you’ve reached the Orange Hotel, here’s how you can quickly open the safe.
The Orange Hotel Safe Solution

The solution to the Orange Hotel safe is “761”, indicating seven pencils, six books and one television inside the Hotel room in Dying Light: The Beast. You can either solve it directly or find the clues that are presented to you beforehand. When you enter the hotel through the windows, activate your Survival Instinct to find a note on the table that will help your investigation, with the safe to the left. Check your map to locate the Orange Hotel in the northern part of the Old Town, towards the top.

This note will mention one of the people from the Hotel heading to Nate’s Supermarket, which is where you need to go next. Since it’s a dark zone, the quest cannot be tracked, and you’ll have to find your way to the location from the map. Fortunately, Nate’s Supermarket is located near the Hotel. Beside the entrance of the Supermarket, you’ll find another note that has the next clue.
This note states that the person who left the Hotel and went on to visit Nate’s Supermarket wanted to try a new method to remember things and work on their ADHD. Afterwards, the phrases “Pencils, Books, Television” are mentioned. Once you’ve collected this note, return to the Orange Hotel and look for the pencils, books, and the television. Notice how “pencils” and “books” are plural, but “TV” isn’t.

If you’ve searched carefully, you’ll find seven pencils, six books, and one television inside the room. Now that you know the solution to the safe, return to the room where it’s located inside the Hotel, input the code there, and collect the valuable rewards that will help you survive the night once more.
That’s all you have to do to open the Orange Hotel safe in Dying Light: The Beast. While this code solution was simple, there are much harder puzzles in the game, so why not check out our guide on the Chief Engineer Key Location (Safe Code)?
