The world of Stalker 2 is incredibly dangerous, and gets even more terrifying when night falls. With visibility at an all-time low at night and threats looming in the darkest corners of the Zone, it becomes harder to avoid the impending doom that lurks in the darkness. The 1.6 update adds Night Vision Goggles to make your journey at night easier. Here’s where to find all 4 Night Vision Goggles in the game.
Night Vision Goggles Location #1
The first Night Vision Goggles, the NVG Gen 1, are located in the image shown above, to the north of Wild Island and to the west of Sircaa in Stalker 2. Head to the location in the image above, and you’ll find a small shack with a metal door inside that’s locked with a keycode. The solution to the lock is 2711. Input the code, then head inside the room and pick up the NVG Gen 1 located on the table to the left, along with some other rewards.
Night Vision Goggles Location #2
The second Night Vision Goggles, the NVG Gen 2, are located at the southeast end of the Swamps in Stalker 2. For this one, you need to head to the southeast end of your map in the Swamps and look for a destroyed building to the left of the Abandoned Hamlet. Inside the building, head to the room at the very end, and you’ll find NVG Gen 2 on the ground beside an empty bottle and a suitcase.
Night Vision Goggles Location #3
The third Night Vision Goggles, NVG Gen 3A, are purchasable from Bison, located in Prypiat to the northwestern part of the region in Stalker 2. You can find the location on the map to the left of the Enerhetyk Palace of Culture, as shown in the image above.
Head to the location, interact with Bison and purchase the NVG Gen 3A for 97000 Coupons. Unlike the previous two Night Vision Goggles, which use a green display, this one uses a blue display with a high-brightness matrix, useful even in the darkest parts of the Zone.
Night Vision Goggles Location #4
The fourth and final Night Vision Goggles, the NVG Gen 3B, in Stalker 2 are located at the northwestern end of the Yantar region, near the water body at the docks. Head to the location as shown in the image above, then enter the house with the metal gate. You’ll find a code lock with a keypad with an eye symbol on the wall. The solution to the lock is 5578. Input the code, then access the room to find the NVG Gen 3B on a cabinet in front.
