You can now start the Overture DLC in Lies of P, and this will give you access to new quests and new collectibles around the city of Krat. Rosaura is one such character who will offer a unique side quest, but you need to pick it up from her first. The quest itself takes you around the city to search for an elusive item. This guide will give you the steps in completing Rosaura’s quest in Lies of P.
How To Start Rosaura Quest In Lies Of P Overture
This quest is handed over by Rosaura, and you can find her in Carnival Garden. She is located right beside the Stargazer, sitting on top of a chest. Speak to her and she will tell you that she has lost her shoe, and she needs it so she can be free. You can ask her questions about her shoe’s whereabouts, but she will give you a vague answer about being trapped in a cage and losing the shoe during her escape.
Rose Shoes Location in Lies of P
The Rose Shoe is in a chest in the Carousel, and here are the steps to reach them:
- Head past the Carnival doors, go up the bridges till you reach the Ferris Wheel.
- Step up to the Ferris wheel podium and wait for a carriage with an open door to appear.
- Head inside the carriage to be taken to the top, then wait till your carriage stops near the wooden bridge.
- Get off here, defeat any enemies you come across, then follow the bridge to the top of the carousel’s roof.
- You will spot a hole in the roof, use it to get down, and walk around the moving horses to find a chest containing the Rose Shoe.
Head back to Rosaura near the Carnival Garden waypoint and present her with the shoes. She will thank you for your troubles, completing the quest. You will get Rosaura’s Treasure: Piece of a Drawing and the Lisrim gramophone record as your reward.
Give Rosaura Ergo
The next time you can meet Rosaura is within the Ergo Excavation Site in Chapter 3. She is located right beside the Pitris Harbor waypoint, and you can unlock a unique gesture from her by handing over an Ergo. She will also give you Ruins Secret Gathering Invitation and Second Piece of a Drawing.
Meet Rosaura at Krat Lighthouse
There is another instance you can meet Rosaura, and that is during Chapter 4 – Krat Lighthouse. After making your way to the very top of the Lighthouse for the Peer Into Distance gesture, jump down to the platform below and use the ladder to get further down. You can find her near the ledge, and speaking to her will give you the Photo of the Tree of Friendship and the Third Piece of a Drawing.
Find Rosaura at Krat City Hall Courtyard
After completing the Overture DLC, visit the Krat City Hall Courtyard. Enter the building and explore the ground floor till you spot Rosaura kneeling in front of The Tree of Friendship. Speaking to her will end her questline, and you will get the Last Piece of a Drawing quest item. Piece together the drawings attained so far to get the Drawing of a Family.
