With each quest you pick up in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, you will face plenty of challenges like puzzle solving or finding ways to advance your exploration. Once you reach the Underground Cave System during the Idol of Ra quest, you will be tasked with solving a Light Chamber puzzle. The objective of the puzzle is simple, all you need to do is find a way to get light to enter into the chamber.
You also need to make sure that the light hits the panels on the door where the locks are; with only 1 light source that you can spot as you begin the puzzle. How to Solve the Light Chamber Puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
Once you enter the Underground Cave System below the pyramid, you will be tasked with trying to unlock the main door. But the door is locked behind a puzzle, and the only way to solve it is to let in three light sources and make them hit the panels on either side of the door. For now, you have just one light source that is in front of the puzzle door, so follow the steps below to solve the puzzle.
- Use the light mechanism and move it around so that the light beam lands on the top right panel.
- The door to your left will unlock, head in and you will find another light mechanism.
- Move the mechanism so that the light beam is redirected to the mirror that is visible through the crack.
- You now have two light beams to work with. Head back to the main puzzle area and move one light beam to the top left panel and the other to the middle right panel.
- Go through the newly opened door on the right and pick up the mirror on the floor.
- You don’t need to insert the mirror into the mechanism next to it. Rather, exit to the main puzzle area and enter the door to the right.
- Place the mirror on the pedestal here to shine the light on the third mechanic in the puzzle room.
- Now you have three light sources at your disposal. All that is left is to shine the light on the panels in the correct order to unlock the three locks in the middle of the door.
- Below is the order to shine the light on the panels to unlock the door:
- Topmost lock: top-left, bottom-left, middle-right.
- Middle lock: middle-left, bottom-left, top-right.
- Bottom lock: middle-left, middle-right, bottom-right.
