Escape from Duckov might seem like a cute shooter, but there is a lot more to do here. Exfiltrating with the collected loot is one of the core mechanics of the game. Once you are safe and back at your hideout, you need to go through all your loot and figure out which ones to sell to make a quick buck. If you haven’t figured out how to start selling your stash, keep reading below to know how.
Selling Items in Escape from Duckov

There are two ways to sell items: either by interacting with the vending machine at your base, or by finding the Mysterious Merchant. The vending machine is accessible from the start, and is located near the entrance to your base. The Mysterious Merchant is located at Small Hill on the Ground Zero map. Whichever option you pick, to start selling items, select them from the left side menu. You will see prices for each item, so select the ones that offer the most profit. You are allowed to pick items from your backpack, your pet’s backpack, and also from the warehouse/storage.

Now, there are two types of currencies to earn from selling items. If you sell using the vending machine, you just get normal credits. All your earned credits can be seen at the top of the screen while interacting with the vending machine. But, if you sell using the merchant, then you receive Cash. Cash is used while trading with the merchant, as they don’t accept any other form of payment. You could also sell Cash for profit, as you earn 1,298 credits per Cash sold.
Also, the merchant and the vending machine do have wares for sale. Come back periodically to see what’s on sale, or wait for the store to refresh to find new stock.
Best Items to Sell
When it comes to making a profit, keep an eye out for food, construction items, electronics, household items, and medicine. Some of the items within each category offer a huge payout if sold. Some of the items to keep an eye out for are:
| Item | Value |
| LedX Medicine | 16,250 |
| Graphics Card | 10,500 |
| Bitcoin | 8,000 |
| Large Expansion Box | 4,275 |
| Lipstick | 3,399 |
| Intelligence Robot | 2,925 |
If you have duplicates of other items like low-tier weapons and ammo, consumables like food and drinks, or crafting materials, you could sell them if you require cash in a pinch. Plus, since these items weigh a lot less, you could stack them up and sell them in bulk for profit.
Best Items to Keep
Not everything in your inventory needs to be sold. Some quest items, dog tags, or items that you don’t have duplicates of can be kept in storage for later. If, at the end of your run, you still don’t find any use for these items, then sell them to create space. Also, it is best not to sell crafting materials early in the game. It is best to prioritize crafting and upgrading items to help you with all the quests you get in Escape from Duckov.
