An unusual sight to see air coming out of the walls, as your mind fires on all cylinders thinking about ways to deal with this unique sight. When you see the air coming out of walls for the first time in the game, the only thing you can do is make a note of the location in your head. It’s one of the areas in God of War Ragnarok we will have to come back again to solve, once the game has equipped you with the right tools. The guide here follows the exact point in the game you have to be in to interact with the air coming from walls in God Of War Ragnarok.

What To Do With Air Coming From Walls In God Of War Ragnarok?

The wind coming from walls in certain areas in God of War Ragnarok can be sealed by throwing the Draupnir Spear which creates a platform that you can then stand and reach previously inaccessible areas. The game is designed in such a way that you keep getting more and more tools as you progress further on the main story line. These tools typically unlock new pathways in previously explored areas which lead to more treasure chests, loot, rewards and collectibles.

The Draupnir Spear is a powerful weapon that is given to you by the Lady Of The Forge, on completing the Forged Destiny quest line. This happens roundabout the halfway mark in the game. The Draupnir Spear complements the other 2 weapons in your arsenal nicely and has its own set of skills and abilities to unlock. It can be used to quickly stack up and deal massive damage to mid and late game enemies.

Like you use the Leviathan Axe to deal with blue poisonous gas filled areas, and the Blades of Chaos for the red heavy vines in the game, the Draupnir Spear also doubles up as a tool that helps in exploration and puzzle solving – primarily taking care of all the air vents that you were previously not able to interact with. You can follow the steps below to use the Draupnir Spear to interact with the air coming out of walls in God Of War Ragnarok.

Now that you own the spear go back to the spots where you saw the air out of the walls. We now have the proper equipment to plug them.

    • Look at the wall with air coming out of it.
    • Aim the spear and then throw it at the point where the wind is coming out of the wall.
    • After they are stuck, then you can walk up to them and climb them to reach the higher ground.

In many later stages, you will have to use the Draupnir Spear to destroy the golden cracks in the wall by using an explosion. But many of the puzzles in the game will require you to use the spear as a platforming equipment to climb to higher ledges that couldn’t get to before. You will have to juggle between Draupnir Spear, Leviathan Axe, and lastly, Blade of Chaos to figure out the puzzle and use all three weapons to solve it uniquely.
