If you think the list of legendary weapons to get in Dying Light: The Beast has been exhausted, guess again. There could be a couple more weapons that have missed your line of sight, and one of them is the Breslau Blade. This guide details how to get this unique weapon in Dying Light: The Beast.

The Breslau Blade is located on the statue placed in the central area of Old Town, and you need to locate and destroy 9 crests to get it. Since Old Town is an early game location, you would have noticed the statue of a man wielding a machete. You could actually work towards obtaining the blade by locating 9 secret crests. These crests are not marked on the map, so you need to do some exploration to get them.

Luckily, most crests are located near and around the statue, or are found randomly around Old Town. Once you find a crest, shoot it down using any heavy-duty weapon like the grenade launcher to add it to the collection, bringing you one step closer to unlocking the Breslau Blade.

Crests #1 & #2: The first two crests are located around the statue itself. Check around the base in front and behind to find and shoot down the crests.

Crest #3: The next crest is found on the building with the Castor Woods Guided City Tour poster in front of it. It is right in the middle of the three emblems above the archway.

Crest #4: On the left side of the building, take a look at the tower nearby while facing north. The fourth crest is on the pillar.

Crest #5: The fifth crest is right above that, near the clock. It’s a bit tough to see from below, so try to get up to a vantage point.

Crest #6: Walk north while keeping to your right, and you will spot the sixth crest inside an emblem on top of the archway.

Crest #7: Go straight north and look between the alleyways to find the seventh crest on the wall above.

Crests #8 & #9: Turn around and look to your right, to the right side of the main entryway into this area, is the eighth crest. The ninth one is found to the left of the main entryway. Once done, investigate the plaque in front of the statue. A bunch of fireworks will go off. After that, climb up towards the statue and interact with the machete to get the Breslau Blade blueprint.
