How to Get Fresh Water in Pokémon Legends: Z-A

There are a few side missions to unlock in Pokémon Legends Z-A. These side missions will also help you interact with the many NPCs around Lumiose City. During one such encounter, you need to hand over something to drink for a particular NPC. Since he doesn’t specify what he wants, handing him the wrong drink will not complete the quest. This guide will show you how to get fresh water in Pokémon Legends Z-A.

Speak to Durstin at Bleu Sector 7 near South Boulevard, Bleu District, to start the side quest. If this side quest doesn’t appear, keep progressing through the game till you complete Main Mission 19 – Reaching Rank D. While talking to Durstin, he will request something to drink in exchange for fixing the Holovator.

Some of the drinks you can hand over to Durstin include Fresh Water, Lemonade, Soda, or MooMoo Milk. You can purchase drinks at any stall you find within the City. Since these stalls aren’t marked on the map, you might have to do some exploration to find them. Below are some locations to check out and purchase drinks from.

The nearest drink stall from the quest is at Bleu Sector 5, above the Nouveau Cafe (Truck No. 2), west of Wild Zone 12.

There’s another stall just opposite the Pokémon Center at South Boulevard, right at the Bleu Sector 7 intersection.

If you travel east of South Boulevard towards the Lumiose Garden, you will spot another drink stall here as well.

Speak to the vendor to get four drink options: Fresh Water, Lemonade, Moomoo Milk, and Soda Pop. Each costs ₽200, so get any drink and return to Durstin. Handing over the drink will complete the side quest, and the Holovator will be fixed, giving you access to the new rooftop area. You will also get the following rewards.

    • ₽800
    • Serious Mint x1
    • Chilan Berry x10

While this ends the side quest in Pokémon Legends Z-A, there is a lot more to do in the game like Finding Ampharosite, Catching Beldum, and Hunting Shiny Pokémon.
