Since you will be out fighting enemies in every Chapter in Deltarune, it is best to equip Kris and their companions with the right armor for defense. The B.Shot Bowtie is one of the best armor pieces to get in the game, and you can get it as early as Chapter 2. This guide will explain how to get the B.Shot Bowtie in Deltarune.

The B.Shot Bowtie is available while exploring the Cyber World in Chapter 2. In particular, you can purchase this item from a vendor called Swatch. He can be found right at the entrance to the Queen’s Mansion, and he has the following items for sale when you interact with him.

    • ButJuice
    • SpaghettiCode
    • B.ShotBowtie
    • RoyalPin

Purchasing the B.Shot Bowtie will set you back 300 D$, but it is well worth it for its defensive stats and magic stats. In case you have missed finding Swatch during your initial playthrough, you can find him at Castle Town’s Cafe later on, after the Dark Fountain has been sealed. You can visit him anytime and access his store to purchase the B.Shot Bowtie.

There is another B.Shot Bowtie that is sold by Spamton, but this ends up being fake. If you happen to purchase it, then it shows up as a Frayed Bowtie in your inventory. Spamton can be found in Cyber World’s Trash Zone after defeating him in the Snowgrave Route. But, following a Snowgrave Route will lock you out of obtaining the real B.Shot Bowtie, since you won’t have access to the Queen’s Mansion this way.

    • Type: Armor
    • Effects:
      • +2 DEF
      • +1 MAG
    • Sell Price: 150 D$

The B.Shot Bowtie is great to use on characters who can use magic, like Susie, Noelle, or Ralsei. Not only will they get additional defense, but it will help boost their skills in Magic, thus making them more powerful in battle. Furthermore, you can craft Tension Bow using the B.Shot Bowtie and the Tension Bit.

Bring them to Malius at Castle Town’s Bakery in Chapter 2 to have him fuse both items. The Tension Bow is another armor piece that can be equipped on any character to get +2 DEF and a chance to get 10% more tension just by grazing bullets.
