This option does not unlock initially, and you won’t find Redgrass on their list of items for sale yet. To unlock Redgrass, you need to collect a rare source of intel from a patron at a local establishment.
First, make your way to Hushed Honeybee Inn on Sunshade Row, Grand Trad. Once inside, find and talk to the Knowledgeable Man and purchase the intel Secret of the Redgrass Shop. It will cost 600 Reeve to buy it. With this, you will unlock the Redgrass item from the Herb Vendor. Next, make your way to the market in front of the Regalith Grand Cathedral. Find the Herb Seller within the market and start the conversation
The Herb Seller won’t open their shop to you right away, as they only sell to the regulars. When the dialog options appear, select the option “Do You Know Grius?”. Redgrass is one of the main ingredients to cook Redgrass-Roasted Bidou for the Help the Hushed Honeybee quest. You will also require Bidou Meat and Pristine Clearwater as the other main ingredients for this dish. All the required items can be purchased from various vendors nearby.
Redgrass Roasted Bidou is a useful dish that can help restore 400 HP. Consuming this dish during combat can help cure the Burn status effect on any one character.
