You get to pick up used cars or hijack someone else’s car in the Used Cars Simulator. With the cars you have collected, you can refurbish and sell them for profit. To collect your cars and bring them to your shed, you can either hotwire the car to ride it yourself, or use a tow truck to haul them in. You have to follow a certain questline till you can find the Tow Truck, and this guide will show you where you get it in the Used Cars Simulator.
Tow Truck Location in Used Cars Simulator

The Tow Truck unlocks on speaking with the Old Man in the Bar and using the power station to fix the truck. When you first start the game and head on to the tutorial, speak to Janusz the Bartender in the Bar during the Business Opportunity quest. He will direct you to speak to an Old Man sitting at the corner of the bar. After sharing a meal with the Old Man, he will tell you about his car shed that needs taking care of while he is away. Accept the offer, and he will also give you the keys to his truck.
Before you leave, he will instruct you to find the Tow Truck in the shed and use it to take the truck to the power station and get it fixed. Exit the bar after that and enter the truck located in the parking. Use it to ride to the Wall of Fame and follow the indicators to reach the shed. You can also check out the mini map at the bottom left corner of the screen and follow the red path to reach your destination. You will find the Tow Truck once you reach the Shed.
How To Use The Tow Truck In Used Cars Simulator

After parking the truck in the shed, exit the vehicle and get into the tow truck. Once inside, start up the engine and press X to lower the ramp. Exit the tow truck and get into the truck again, then drive it up the ramp to dock it. Exit the truck again and get into the Tow Truck, after which you press X again to retract the ramp. You can then drive the Tow Truck to the Power Station next door, then lower the ramps again to roll your truck down to the ground.
You can use the Tow Truck later in the game to help you carry vehicles that refuse to budge. But most of the time you can easily hotwire a stolen or used car to get it started and drive those instead.
