Some events in Elden Ring Nightreign have a couple of secret achievements hidden away. You need to really explore the new map, collect the item in question, and make your way back to get these trophies to your list. The Shifting Earth event hosts four unique sections on the map, and each of them have a secret within. The hardest to find is the one within Rotted Woods, and this guide will cover how to find the secret achievement here in Nightreign.
How To Complete Rotted Woods Shifting Earth Event in Nightreign
The Shifting Earth event unlocks after defeating the first five Nightlord bosses in the game. After that, you will notice new terrains appearing on the map. The one we are looking out for is the Rotted Woods filled with Scarlet Rot. If you don’t have this event active on your map, you can rest at the Roundtable Hold bed and change to the required event. It is preferred to wait till you are past level 10 to attempt to traverse this area, as the enemies here are extremely tough to beat.

Once you make your way through Rotted Woods, check your map to find a red flag icon. This marks your destination, and you need to fight through hordes of enemies to get to that point. You will be taking in the Scarlet Rot buff along the way, so it’s best to upgrade your flask and equip a relic with Scarlet Rot debuff before you make your way here. Sometimes, you can also get a debuff reduction by fighting enemies within the Rotted Woods, so do take your time defeating them.
Favor of the Rotted Woods Achievement
Once you reach the checkpoint, you will stop receiving the debuff. Over here, you will spot a large fortress. At the very top of the fortress is a boss that you need to defeat to get a unique map. Investigate the map on the table beyond the boss’s arena to get a marked location of a secret Blessing. Now, check your map for a new marked location and make your way over there. Keep an eye out for the Night’s Tide, as you might need to hurry it up if the circle gets too small.

After reaching the next checkpoint, you need to locate the blessing. The Blessing will have a yellowish hue, and they are usually found on various structures. For this map, you will be led to a large tree. Climb on top of the tree and explore around the branches as well as the base of the tree trunk to find the Blessing. Picking it up will unlock a unique achievement, and this will increase your max HP as well as nullify all Scarlet Rot. Also, you will receive some HP back each time you receive damage after attacking.
