Ghost of Yotei features plenty of interesting quests that lead to some amazing rewards at the end. When you reach the Abandoned Tominaga Estate, you will take part in the quest to bring down Spider Lily General and take the Spider Lily Armor set. The armor set is worth it, but you will need to unlock a gate by obtaining four different keys to gain access to the boss fight in the game. So here is the location of all four keys for the Abandoned Tominaga Estate gate in Ghost of Yotei.
All Four Key Locations for Spider Lily in Ghost of Yotei
You need to make your way to the Abandoned Tominaga Estate by going through the Mysterious Gate found in the south of the Tokachi Range region. Here you will come across a locked gate with four locks around it. We must retrieve four keys to unlock all four locks to open the gate. The four keys are: Pagoda Key, Grave Key, Maze Key, and Cave Key.
Pagoda Key Location

From the locked gate, turn around and head to the large temple on the left. Go around the building, and you will find a wooden box. Open the box, and you will receive the Pagoda Key . A cutscene will trigger with General Tominaga after you pick up the key.
Grave Key Location

Once the cutscene is over, it will place you right in front of the forest. Take the road straight between the trees to get to the next key on the line. The route will be shrouded in fog. Keep following the path, and you will soon arrive at the Graveyard. Here you will not be alone; you will find a good number of graverobbers in the spot. Eliminate them and then take the ladder to the upper region.

Now climb on the walls on the right, and follow the linear route to another combat encounter against Saito’s outlaws. But you don’t have to kill all of them; General Tominaga will show up with the fog and kill all the enemies in the area.
Once the fog disappears, Atsu will also mention that there is something near the body. Head to the torch next to the shovel, and you will find the Grave Key next to the body. When you grab the key, another cutscene will trigger with General Tominaga.
Maze Key
Once the cutscene with General Tominaga is over, the shortcut to the graveyard’s ladder will be unlocked. From the Grave Key location, turn around and take the path to the right. Drop down the ladder and keep marching straight until you arrive at the spot where we picked up the Pagoda Key.

Here, take the path left of the building (where we picked up the Pagoda Key). Go down the stairs, and start moving to the right. After a short walk, you will see the entrance to the Misty Valley Bamboo Strike on your left.

Get inside, here you must follow a specific path to get to the Maze Key item. You will see multiple paths facing you, but you should always take the path covered with red flowers. You will get transported back to the same spot. Again, take the path with Red Flowers, repeat it three times, and you will find the Maze Key. After your third time, you will see a key in the middle. Pick up the Maze Key, and a new cutscene with General Tominaga will trigger afterwards.
Cave Key

Exit out of the Misty Valley Bamboo Strike area, just open up the map, and Travel to the Abandoned Tominaga Estate. Here, start heading to your left, and you will arrive at the Southern Caverns.

Once you get close to the Caverns, a cutscene will trigger between Atsu and a lone Saito outlaw injured near the entrance. After the cutscene is over, head through the cracks to get inside the Carverns. Once inside, turn right, follow the route, and you will find a climbable wall that will take you to the upper region.

The next route is fairly linear: crawl through the narrow hole, follow the path, and you will find another crack in the rocks. Get inside, and the route will take you to a small cap on your right, next to the bed, where you will find the fourth key, Cave Key.
Now with all four keys in hand, unlock all the locks to open the main door. The route will take you to Spider Lily General “Duel Among The Spider lilies.” Defeating him will unlock Spider Lily armor, a great early armor set in Ghost of Yotei.
