The two biggest troublemakers in the new Co-op game, RV There Yet?, must be the bears and the snakes. While you can cure the snake bites with antidotes, dealing with bears is more troublesome. If you are also struggling to deal with bears, we have a guide for you.
Dealing with Bears in RV There Yet?

The best way to deal with bears in RV There Yet is by using bear spray. You can also try crossing a bridge (since they won’t follow) or hitting them once with a hammer to make them flee. Do note that bears and snakes cannot be killed in the game. You can either dodge them, scare them away, or lead them away from your RV as a noble self-sacrifice (not recommending the third option).
The damage that bears do is the most lethal in the game. A few strikes from them destroy your whole RV and also knock you out. They are a nuisance in RV There Yet, as they spawn in random locations and attack you when you least expect it. However, you can deal with them by one of the three options:
- Use bear spray on the bears to repel them.
- Strike them with a hammer in the face to scare them away.
- Cross into a bridge or go near lava, as bears won’t go near them.
You can find bear spray and antidotes lying around while you explore. So keep an eye out for yellow cylindrical bottles and green syringes for bears and snakes, respectively. You can store two extra bear sprays in your RVs for emergencies.

When a bear gets near you, spray it by aiming and right-clicking on the bear. One spray should be enough to deter the bear. Also, if a bear is chasing your teammate, you can give the spray to them by aiming in their direction and holding onto the Q key for a long throw.
While the bear spray is a sure way of dealing with the bears in RV There Yet?, some players have found success by striking it with a hammer. However, it is not confirmed to work every time. Still, if you have no option left, try a hammer strike. And you can always choose to run in a zig-zag to avoid it.
