On your way to hunt Marlowe in Hellraiser Revival, you’ll find that there’s a certain groupie of his that just won’t allow you anywhere near him. The Sister of Mercy is Marlowe’s most devoted protector, and a deformed monstrosity that will do anything to make sure he is protected.
You’ll have had a run-in with her at this point in a rather intense stealth section, but the dance floor of the club is where your final showdown begins. Here’s how to handle Marlowe’s love interest and come out the other side holding her beating heart.
Boss Location & How To Prepare

To get to the Sister of Mercy, you will need to fully explore Marlowe’s Club, which means fighting the Embracer bosses and getting through the masses of unworthy to reach the dance floor. Be sure to head to the merchant nearby to prepare for this battle.Â
Here is what we would suggest taking with you for this fight.
- Medkit X2
- Shotgun (with Dragon’s Breath Upgrade) + Ammo
- SMG + Ammo
- Ak-47 + Ammo
- Bandages in any spare slots
The main thing to note here is that melee is almost useless here, as the Sister of Mercy will fly around the arena, and if they are close enough to hit, you’re in a world of trouble.
The Shotgun with Dragon’s Breath is highly effective and one of the best ways to spend Coins in Hellraiser Revival. Stunning the enemy with fire, and then pumping them full of SMG and AK bullets is advised. You’ll also find plenty of bullets around the arena, so don’t be conservative with your automatic-firing weapon’s ammo.Â
How To Beat The Sister of Mercy

To begin, you’ll want to shoot shotgun bullets into her, immediately stunning them, and then use your SMG to deal as much damage as possible. This also gives you enough time to sprint around while they are on fire to gather more resources.
Continue this and try to time your shots when they are coming at you, as this will effectively block their attack. Then, when you have built up enough suffering, you can use your Hell Chains ability to deal serious damage and hold her in place.
After you deal enough damage, they will fall to the ground, and a red haze will fog the arena. At this point, you should run around until you find her silhouette, and then shoot them before they come rushing at you. It’s also helpful to try and back into a corner of the room and let them come to, so you’ll definitely see them coming.

Deal enough damage, and they will fall to the ground again, and you can then use hell chains to rip off their arms. This cycle repeats three times, but there are some minor changes between each cycle.
In the second phase, the Sister of Mercy will gain some projectiles which she can throw at you. In the second phase, there are three, and they are launched at you periodically regardless of where the enemy is, so keep one eye on them and try to take cover or evade as they come at you.

In the second phase, she is completely surrounded by these projectiles and will fire them in one devastating wave. There’s a strong chance this may one-shot you, so you need to be sharp and avoid this. Also, you can lower the number of projectiles by using your own projectiles gathered around the room to shatter them.
After this phase, you can take them down, gaining the Sister of Mercy’s Heart and her Whip, which is a high-value item that can be sold next time you are at a merchant. This will open a path forward through the Labyrinth behind the DJ booth.
