Each region in Far Far West is chock full of collectibles, most universally the Hunter’s Graves. Every zone has 10, and finding them comes with challenge rewards, bonus XP, and plenty of satisfaction.
Only issue is they’re well hidden all over the Far Far West, so I’ll be stepping in to show you exactly where you can find each. Let’s start from the top and get to saving some souls!
The article is currently WIP. While I have put all the graves in the Far West, I will keep updating Graves locations for other areas as I keep coming across them.
All Graves in the Far West region
Grave 1
The first Grave we’ll look at is in the northeast end of the Far West, nestled on a small outcrop that hangs out to the map’s right. The Grave itself is nestled against a rock formation put in the opening, making it a great place to start. Keep an eye out for the blue glow and an ear out for the slight hum that denotes its appearance.

Grave 2
Heading towards the center of the map, Grave number 2 is nestled under a rocky outcrop a bit to the northeast. Pass over the river that cuts off the northmost section of the region, and make your way underneath the craggy rocks that frame the zone. Hidden in the shade, you’ll find the Grave!

Grave 3
Moving towards the Western edge of the map, our third grave is hidden in a small, easy-to-miss cave. Move between the massive rock formations that populate the area and make your way towards the mine shaft openings. While moving south, hug the right wall under the shaded area until you notice a small opening, revealing the Grave.

Grave 4
Connected to the small swamp on the far left side of the map, you’ll find the fourth Grave hidden amidst the roots of a great Weeping Willow. Follow the railroad tracks until you find the massive brown-leafed trees, and search for that distinctive blue glow.

Grave 5
Definitely the silliest (and most embarrassing) of the Graves in the Far West can be found in an outhouse built on the small island at the far south of the map.
Hanging off its left side, climb the scaffolding to ascend the small cliff the outhouse rests on. Swing open the door, and that’s Grave no. 5 for the Far West region.

Grave 6
Continuing to loop around the island, hop onto the southmost tail of the region to find a Grave right out in the open. Climb over the short lip or airdash over the water to make it to the Grave itself, and you’ll be golden.

Grave 7
Grave numero 7 continues our loop around the island, this time resting between the rock formations on the southeastern edge. Simply hug the edge of the island as you make your way around it, and keep an ear out for the distinctive hum. You’ll find it behind a rock beside a broken box. You’ll even be able to find a record fragment in a nearby building!

Grave 8
Shifting our circle into a spiral, follow the curving railway until you reach the hump towards the eastern side of the map. While following the railway, look to the right until you see a small wooden sight surrounded by curling vines. The eighth Grave is amongst those vines, in a small outcrop.

Grave 9
Moving towards the south from Grave 8, Grave 9 is hidden under a destroyed rooftop. One end is higher than the other, and it is your entrance to the Grave.
The rooftop is found beside a trashed saloon, full of supplies and a few wandering Cryptics. Make sure to take them out and stock up after you grab the Grave, and move on to the final collectible.

Grave 10
Now for the tenth and final Grave, hidden atop a series of rocks over the river towards the south of the Far West. You’ll notice it from a distance, both thanks to its glow and the glow of the incredibly explosive Toxic Waste nestled right beside it.
Due to the extreme danger-close nature of the surroundings, either pick up and toss the Waste or make sure no enemies are currently trying to take your head off before you pop the challenge.

Far West Completion
With all 10 Graves in the Far West claimed, you’ll clear the relevant challenge, earning 1,000 Hero XP once you return to the Saloon!
Canyon
The dim passages of the Canyon will force you to contend with cramped sightlines, sniper Cryptics, and another set of Graves. Amidst the caverns and rivers, they’re very well hidden, so let’s take a closer look at where they could be.
Grave 1
Starting our search towards the center of the map, Grave 1 is towards the upper cliffs by the central pit. The pit occasionally spawns with a forge, so use it as a marker to know you’re in the right place.

To easily climb, look for the lights signaling ropes you can rappel up. The Grave is overlooking the central pit, so enjoy the few as you collect the first Grave of the Canyon.

Grave 2
Grave 2 is further to the east, nestled against the very edge of the map. The Canyon is surrounded on all sides by water, and luckily no collectibles are hidden inside the slowing liquid.
Above it, though, you’ll find this Grave, right at the edge of the world beside a giant stone outcrop and framed by cacti.

Grave 3
A bit further to the West, Grave three can be found inside a tunnel cutting through one of the rock faces that make up the Canyon. Inside the tunnel are the remains of a failed mineshaft, including a few doors.

Listen as you pass the doors for the Graves’ distinctive hum, and approach the rightmost one on the left side to find the third Grave.

Grave 4
Another Grave up high, Grave 4 can be found nestled between two rock formations towards the northwest end of the map. Follow the central railroad to it’s very northmost point, then climb with the surrounding ropes to reach the cliffside.
