The Feybreak update in Palworld brings many new equipment, features, and Pals to the game. Among the most exciting additions is Silvegis, a legendary Pal that can deploy a powerful shield. While the new Pal does have amazing skills, getting hold of it is not an easy task. Here’s a guide to finding Silvegis and adding it to your growing collection of Pals.
Silvegis Location In Palworld
This level 59 Boss can be found near the Shield Dragon Tunnel on the new Feybreak Island. Go to the southern side of the map near the Teleport point. This area will correspond with the coordinates -984, -1022.
Once there, you’ll see a rocky cave entrance (-972, -978) beside the trees. The Silvegis boss fight can be accessed both during daytime and nighttime. Going through the tunnel will lead you to a larger area where Silvegis would spawn. The Pal could already be resting there as well.
How To Catch Silvegis
There are three ways you can get ahold of Silvegis. This includes:
- Capturing Silvegis at the Shield Dragon Tunnel.
- Hatching eggs that can be found around the newly added Feybreak Island.
- Breeding certain Pals to achieve Silvegis spawn.
To catch Silvegis, you’ll need the new Sphere Module. These modules can alter the trajectory of the sphere, making it easier for you to catch all kinds of Pals.
Method #1: The Boss Fight
Despite its strong shield, defeating Silvegis isn’t too hard if you have the right pal and weapons with you.
Silvegis is a Dragon that will bring your HP down with draconic energy attacks. You can damage its health by using ranged weapons like an Assault Rifle or the newly added Plasma cannons. Both of these can significantly reduce its health and help you in capturing Silvegis. Try to dodge its ice attacks and aim for its head to maximize the damage of each shot. If it turns its shield on, it’s best for you to keep moving around while waiting for the perfect moment to shoot it.
Consider bringing an ice-type Pal to assist you during the battle. Once you’ve weakened Silvegis, use a Pal Sphere equipped with a module to capture it. Keep in mind that a normal Pal Sphere might not always be enough to secure this legendary Pal.
Method #2: Hatching Eggs
Search the new island for Huge Dragon eggs. Though they’re pretty rare, they are randomly spread throughout the island and you can pick them up by interacting with them. Take these eggs to the incubator and soon enough they’ll hatch into a mysterious Pal. This method is not so reliable due to its randomness.
Method #3: Breeding Pals
There are hundreds of Pal combinations that you can breed to get a certain kind of Pal. New Dragon Pals are no exception. While not all possible combos for obtaining Silvegis are known at this moment, some include:
- Bellanoir x Mossanda
- Relaxaurus Lux x Cryolinx Terra
- Knocklem x Cryolinx Terra
- Menasting x Bastigor or Cryolinx Terra
- Lyleen x Bastigor or Cryolinx Terra
Pals like Faleris Aqua, Pyrin Noct, or Xenolord may also result in a Silvegis Pal when bred with Bastigor or Cryolinx Terra.
Silvegis: Abilities
This unique Dragon Pal is great at battles and Lumbering. The Aegis shield ability will be useful while trying to capture or defeat other Pals. Lumbering skills can help you build your base.
Silvegis has a magnetic metal component around its neck. Other active skills that the Dragon-type Pal has are:
- Aegis Charge: Unique to this Pal, this power involves Silvegis forming a shield in front of it. This will stop all attacks and can damage the enemy when crushed with the Shield.
- Dragon Cannon: Will shoot an energy ball at the target.
- Icicle Cutter: Can create a blade of ice and shoot it at the target.
- Iceberg: Can create an icy pick that can pierce through an enemy.
- Draconic Breath: Can let out a continuous damage-dealing breath.
- Blast Cannon: Fires a dragon energy cannon at the enemy.
- Charge Cannon: Shoots an orb filled with dragon energy at the enemy. This orb will explode on contact.
