Hellfire Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 4
The Hellfire weapon is obtained as a drop on killing the boss Skyspanner Kratch, located at the end of Lambent Mines in the Terminus Range region in Cuspid Climb. The weapon is not a confirmed drop, so you may need to go back and interact with Moxxi’s Big Encore Machine to start the fight all over again. The only requirement to get the item is that you must make progress in the main quest and finish the Shadow of the Mountain main mission. At the end of the mission, you will come face-to-face with the Skyspanner Kratch boss. I recommend that you be at Level 15 to have a smoother time defeating the boss.
