The Dempsey PTSD Easter Egg is one of the toughest secrets to uncover in Black Ops 7 Zombies. To make things easier, we’ve put together a detailed guide that walks you through the entire process. But before diving into the full steps, it’s important to understand how to actually start the Easter Egg.
How To Start The Dempsey PTSD Easter Egg In BO7 Zombies

Select Dempsey as your main character and drive to the Crashed Rocket location to trigger the easter egg. While driving to the Crashed Rocket location, you’ll spot a small pathway cutting through the rocks containing a bunch of dead bodies.
Search this location to spot a dog tag. This dog tag belongs to Dempsey himself, which will trigger a flashback for him, starting your easter egg quest. But before you start this easter egg, bring a heavy weapon and armor with you, as you’ll face hordes of zombies in this quest.
How To Complete The Dempsey PTSD Easter Egg

Your objective in this quest is simple: Follow the black orb wherever it goes while defeating the waves of zombies and enemies coming your way. Once you interact with the dog tag, Veytharion’s voice will start a cutscene and accuse Dempsey of being a coward.
Next, you’ll find yourself in a new location inside a forest with a black orb right in front of you. Don’t worry about resources, as there are free weapon ammo crates you can use during this section.
Whatever armor you brought in with you is the armor you’ll have available to you during this easter egg quest. There will be some scripted dialogue that will continue as you keep moving forward.
There will be a total of three zombie waves, each getting progressively harder. At the end of the quest, you’ll learn Dempsey is the vessel for evil, and he partnered with Weaver to bring evil to the temple.
To complete the quest, interact with the black orb once you have defeated all the zombies. You’ll respawn as an character that is able to suck the life force from the enemies and toss them around with telekinesis. At the end, you’ll respawn back at the Crashed Rocket location and get the rare ‘Good Soldiers’ achievement.
