In ARC Raiders, helping vendors in completing their tasks gets you unique rewards. Most of the time, for these quests, you might have to do some exploration to locate items. For the Unexpected Initiatives quest, you need to find three items, one of which happens to be lemons. This guide will show you the best lemon farming spot in ARC Raiders.
All Lemon Farming Locations in ARC Raiders
There are a few places where lemon trees have a chance to spawn in abundance, so let’s take a look at all the best lemon farming spots below.
- While exploring the Spaceport map, head a bit north of the Communications Tower POI and follow the river. You will spot a lemon tree near the banks.
- On the Blue Gate map, you will spot a few lemon trees around the Farmlands of Olive Grove. Just check the outskirts of the village to spot them.
- You might spot a few lemon trees growing around Marano Park in Buried City, but the lemon spawn rate here is a bit low. This is a great place to get apricots though.
- While at Dam Battlegrounds, if you explore the outskirts of the Hydroponic Dome Complex, there might be some lemon tree spawns here. Another place to check out here is the South Swamp Outpost near the Water Treatment Control POI.
- While exploring the POIs, look around for Raider’s Baskets. These have a chance of spawning randomly, and will always have random fruits inside to claim. Also, if you spot any forested area, these usually have a chance to spawn lemon trees.
If you still can’t find any lemons, open up the various maps and hover your cursor above each POI. If you spot Nature as one of the loot drops, then check these locations to find any lemon trees. Farming during the Lush Blooms Event will give you a better yield of lemons.
While identifying lemon trees, look around for short trees having yellowish green leaves. Usually, you will get a few lemons near the roots of these trees. If you don’t find any lemons on the ground around the tree, interact with the tree to kick it down and collect the fruits. You just need 3 lemons for the quest, and once you are done, you can set off to find the rest of the items for the quest to complete it.
How to Get a Water Filter and Water Pump for Unexpected Initiatives Quest
The other two items required for the quest are one Water Filter and one Water Pump. Both items are located within the Dam Battlegrounds map, with Water Pumps being easier to find. To find Water Pumps, visit any industrial buildings and keep scavenging and looting cabinets, crates, and shelves to find them.
As for the Water Filter, you might find one inside the Primary Facility east of the Water Treatment Facility POI. Head over to the northern section of the facility, towards the Supply Call Station, to find an underground entrance. Take the ladder down and you will find the Water Filter on top of the cabinet on your right.
Once you have everything, visit Tian Wen to hand over all the items. In return, you will complete the quest and get the following rewards.
