For this year’s Festival of the Lost event, you get three unique weapons as part of the rewards pool. After obtaining these weapons, you might need to figure out the best God Rolls to fit them with. Destiny 2 – Best God Rolls for All Festival of the Lost Weapons
Since the Festival of the Lost is a limited-time event, you need to work hard and fast to collect the Hushed Whisper, Gunburn, and the Arcane Embrace. We will go through each weapon and the best Perks to assign for each one below.

Since the Hushed Whisper is a Kinetic Compound Bow, you will require perks that enhance precision on singular targets. For PvE, go for the combination of Tear as Perk 1 and Explosive Head or Hatchling as Perk 2. If using Tear, precision final blows will cause all nearby targets to get severed. Explosive Head for Perk 2 creates an explosion and also gives +5 accuracy. Switch that out with Hatchling to spawn Threadlings whenever you kill targets using final Precision blows.
In PvP, you can’t go wrong with Lone Wolf in Perk 1 and Archer’s Gambit in Perk 2. Lone Wolf is great for solo players, as you get increased airborne effectiveness and increased ADS speed while also improving aim assistance. Archer’s Gambit decreases Draw Time and grants an increased draw speed bonus. Subsequent precision hits increase the duration of the bonus, helping you shoot more frequently.

For the Arcane Embrace Energy Shotgun, you need to improve the damage output since weapon speed isn’t too viable here. The best perks for PvE include Fourth Time’s the Charm in Slot 1 and Aggregate Charge or Precision Instrument for Slot 2. Fourth Time’s the Charm returns two rounds to the magazine if you are lucky enough to rapidly land precision hits. Go for Aggregate Charge to increase damage output for each elemental debuff applied to targets, or pick Precision Instrument to increase precision damage when you sustain hits.
Now, for PvP, it is best to pick Lone Wolf in Perk 1 and Dragonfly or Surrounded for Perk 2. Even if you drift off from your team during PvP, Lone Wolf will work in your favor by providing various improved attributes. Couple that with Dragonfly for explosive damage or Surrounded for improved damage when more targets are in close proximity to you.
