How to get the Collector Glove in Slap Battles

The Collector Glove is one of the most unique things to be introduced to Slap Battles in the Roblox experience’s latest update. Unlike traditional gloves earned through slap counts, this glove requires you to explore and hunt with persistence.

Additionally, the Collector Glove features an innovative Charms system, which enables you to mix and match the various charm abilities. All of this makes the particular glove an interesting thing to own.

Here are all the details that you need to know about obtaining the Collector Glove in Slap Battles.

The Collector Glove in Slap Battles can be acquired by earning the “Find the Gloves” Badge. You will have to go through several steps to get your hands on the badge.

First, you must head to the Hitman’s Office in the main lobby. You must then click on the unique Snowglobe on the shelf. It will teleport you to Find The Gloves, a unique experience, where you will be tasked to find hidden gloves.

There are a total of 42 gloves that you will have to collect from around the map to get the Find the Gloves badge in Slap Battles. The overall difficulty for finding the gloves ranges from easy to extreme. You will be able to easily find the basic gloves, whereas the harder ones, like Scythe, are extremely difficult to acquire.

It is important to note that the experience is divided into nine distinct sections. Each represents major areas from Slap Battles’ history. Here are the various sections:

    • Normal Arena
    • Cannon Island
    • Slap Royale
    • Limbo
    • Null Zone
    • Retro Obby
    • Halloween
    • Christmas
    • Barzil

Each area features a set of unique gloves, and you will have to hunt carefully. Simply seeing a glove isn’t sufficient, and you must physically touch or click it to register the discovery. Early gloves include Cloud (atop The Fort’s cloud), Moai (next to the Moai statue), and Plate (requiring repeated slaps on The Plate’s sign).

It is quite important to note that the hunt becomes progressively more challenging. For example, Lamp requires climbing a lighthouse, Rocky demands navigating a pitch-black underwater cavern, and Scythe mandates slapping every pumpkin in the Halloween Arena.

I recommend that you start with accessible gloves to build momentum and then tackle the difficult and hidden areas.

Once you receive the Find the Gloves badge and obtain the Collector Glove, you can make use of the Charm system. You will essentially select one base charm and can subsequently unlock six others through specific tasks.

Here are further details about each charm:

    • Overkill: +20 Slap Power, you take 5 damage when equipped
    • Bull: +10 Power, -10 Slap Speed
    • Speedrun: -10 Power, +8 Walkspeed
    • Extended: +2 Handle Length
    • Diamond: +30% Knockback Resistance, -5 Walkspeed
    • Jupiter: -10 Walkspeed, +40% Knockback Resistance
    • Pull: Inverts the direction of the slap

Tasks for getting these charms include things like killing five players with your first slap, surviving five slaps, slapping six times without getting hit, and so on. Keep in mind that each charm requires different inventory slots.
