With each update in Schedule I, you uncover new quests, new NPCs, and new ways to peddle drugs. Right now, you can uncover two new stores in Northtown, and those are the Jewelry Store and the Boutique. Both of these stores give you access to new menu items, giving you ways to decorate your crib. This guide will cover where you can locate these two stores in Schedule I.

While exploring the lane where the Realtor is, you will notice a new Bleuball’s Boutique pop-up beside it. This is where you can purchase tons of nifty items to add to your hideout. The boutique is just across the street from the courthouse, along the same lane as the post office. Once you find the store, head inside and talk to Herbert to check out the store menu. You should remember that the store stays operational between 6 AM and 6 PM, so you can’t purchase anything beyond that time.

Herbert’s store has several unique items for sale, and you can purchase goods like exotic liquor, gold accessories, watches, and even paintings. But, these aren’t cheap, so you have to really shell out a lot of money just to get these items. Below are the key items Herbert can sell to you, and what they can do.

    • Wooden Sign: Can be placed on walls or vertical poles, and you can write a message on it.
    • Metal Signs: Works similar to a wooden sign, and you can customize your message on it.
    • Wall Mounted Shelf: A two-tiered wall mounted shelf that has 4 inventory slots.
    • Safe: A secured container to store valuables. Has 8 inventory slots.
    • Antique Wall Lamp: A wall mounted lamp that supplies light. Can’t be used to grow plants.
    • Modern Wall Lamp: A wall mounted lamp that supplies light. Can’t be used to grow plants.
    • Grandfather Clock: Can show you the time.
    • Ol’ Man’s Jimmy: Exotic Liquor, can be used as display pieces but can’t be consumed.
    • Château La PeePee: Exotic Liquor, can be used as display pieces but can’t be consumed.
    • Brut du Gloop: Exotic Liquor, can be used as display pieces but can’t be consumed.
    • Silver Watch: Accessory for your character. Can be sold for profit.
    • Gold Watch: Accessory for your character. Can be sold for profit.
    • Silver Chain: Accessory for your character. Can be sold for profit.
    • Gold Chain: Accessory for your character. Can be sold for profit.
    • Gold Bar: A valuable item that can be sold for profit.
    • Artworks x5: Can be placed around your base to make it more aesthetic.

Later on, after unlocking Uptown, you can start selling drugs to Herbert and turn him into your client. You can also try to double your cash flow by purchasing as many Gold Bars as you can from him and selling them at the Pawn Shop for a profit. We have tons more guides on Schedule I that you can check out, like How To Stop Workers From Stealing, How To Make An Automatic Farm, and How To Save Game.
