Throne & Liberty features plenty of codex quests whether it be the main storyline or exploration. However, completing both of them offers you sufficient rewards. One such quest is the Stonemason’s Confession. It is an Exploration Quest located in the Abandoned Stonemason’s Town. While the mission is somewhat easy, a lot of players are having a tough time figuring out a way to complete it.

All Objectives For Stonemason’s Confession In Throne & Liberty
The Stonemason’s Confession quest has four objectives:
- Read the Stonemason’s Last Letter near the Giant Statue
- Collect the Stonemason Tools at the highest place of Abandoned Stonemason Town
- Defeat Basilisk and find the Stonemason Tools
- Put the Stonemason Tools in the Giant Brazier
The only challenging part in the entire quest is reaching the highest place in Abandoned Stonemason Town. Other than this, the quest is overall easy and can be completed within 10 minutes. Let’s go through each of these steps
1. Read The Stonemason’s Last Letter Near The Giant Statue
Look at the location marked on the map and fast travel. The location is marked on the map as Stonemason’s mansion. Go up the Giant Statue and you will find his last letter.
You can either read it or skip it. The first part of the codex will be completed and you will get the prompt with the next part.
2. Collect The Stonemason Tools At The Highest Place Of Stonemason’s Abandoned Town
In the second part, you will have the task of collecting Stonemason Tools at the highest place in Stonemason’s abandoned town. The location is just south of Abandoned Mine ruins. Fast travel or teleport there. However, you won’t be able to reach the highest place.
Therefore, carefully follow the instructions. Look at the location on the map above and reach there. Now, from there, follow the blue colored path that goes up the mountain and you will reach the highest place. You will find the Stonemason Tools at the top. Interact with the object to unlock the next part.
3. Defeat Basilisk & Find The Stonemason Tools
Now, open the map and you will find a circle near Abandoned Stonemason Town marked with lot of Basilisks. These are monsters with horns. While they are dangerous, they are not difficult to fight with.
Go there and start fighting them. Once you start killing them, either the third or fourth one will drop the Stonemason Tools, and you will unlock the fourth part of this exploration codex.
4. Put The Stonemason Tools In The Giant Brazier
The last part of the Stonemason’s Confession is putting the Stonemason Tools in the Giant Brazier. The location is easy to reach as shown in the map above. Reach the location and start walking ahead.
As shown in the picture above, the giant brazier is actually a hearth in a giant building. Put the Stonemason Tools in the Giant Brazier and the Stoneman’s Confession quest is complete.
