Skate Story is an excellent choice for trophy hunters, as every trophy can be unlocked in a single playthrough, including the missable ones.
However, Eternally Bound is the trophy most players tend to miss, mainly because the game never draws attention to it with hints or objective markers.
From a gameplay standpoint, this trophy isn’t difficult at all. The real challenge lies in awareness; if you don’t know it exists, it’s easy to pass by without realizing you’ve missed it. To unlock Eternally Bound, you must locate four glowing traffic cones and perform a specific trick over each one.
If you’re aiming for full trophy completion in Skate Story, this guide covers everything you need to know to unlock Eternally Bound without any setbacks.
How to Get the Eternally Bound Trophy in Skate Story

The Eternally Bound trophy can only be obtained during Chapter 4. At one point in this chapter, you’ll enter an area called the Plaza of Regrets, where your main objective is to collect several letters scattered throughout the environment.
It’s highly recommended to unlock this trophy before completing the main objective. Once all the letters are collected, enemies will suddenly appear in the area, making exploration far more difficult, especially since this trophy requires precise trick execution over traffic cones.
Inside the Plaza of Regrets, you’ll find four glowing traffic cones that you must perform a kickflip over. Three of these cones are located near murals titled Capital Remorse. They’re relatively easy to spot, but if you need help pinpointing their exact locations, refer to the images below.

The fourth and final glowing traffic cone is positioned near another mural called Regret of Time.
To perform a kickflip, you have to do this:
- PlayStation: Press R2 + Circle
- Xbox: Press RT + B
After successfully kickflipping over all four traffic cones, return to the entrance of the Plaza of Regrets. Interact with the pillar there to attach a chain, then complete the sequence of tricks the game prompts you to perform.
Once the sequence is finished, the Eternally Bound trophy will unlock.
Keep in mind that you must earn this trophy before reaching Chapter 9, which serves as the game’s point of no return. Missing it before then will permanently lock you out of the achievement.
