Uncle Nelson’s hatred for the Cartel now comes to full force in Schedule I. You get to pick up a unique questline to work against Thomas Benzies and reclaim Hyland Point for yourself. This also includes getting Thomas’ site of operations; Hyland Manor. This guide will explain how to complete the Finishing the Job quest and unlock Hyland Manor in Schedule I.
Finishing the Job Quest Guide Schedule I
This quest unlocks after rejecting Thomas Benzies’ offer to work alongside him, and completing the questline will help you unlock Hyland Manor. After rejecting the offer, you will find most of your working locations under the cartel influence. You need to get your clients back and find new clients across all locations to reduce their influence.
Eventually, you will get a call from Uncle Nelson after regaining most of your locations. He will give you the plan of destroying Thomas’ manor, and you need to speak to two people about it. Find and talk to Billy and Sam to get the explosives and access to the manor.
Speak to Billy
Billy is located at the Koyama Chemical Factory, located directly behind the Motel spawn point. Head inside the chemical plant and visit the trailer on the far right. Ask him if he has any explosives to spare, to which he will hand over the RDX, but for a cost. You need to produce the required amount of drugs and give it to him first before he hands over the explosive.
Head back to your production site and get the required items. Speak to Billy again and hand over the drugs, after which the RDX will be all yours for the taking. But that’s not the end of it, you need to seek out Stan and have him turn the RDX into a bomb.
Speak to Stan and Sam
Head over to the underground hideout beside the Piss Hut and speak to Stan at the weapons counter. He needs some help getting rid of a thief who keeps stealing his supplies, so take care of that first for Stan before you get the explosive. Head over to the Docks Warehouse at night and talk to the stranger standing behind a container. He won’t say much, so beat him up and toss him into the water. Return to Stan to complete the objective and get your explosive.
The final objective is to seek out Sam and have him dig the tunnel towards Hyland Manor, and Sam is located at the Thompson Construction and Demo to the west side of the Motel. He will ask you to hand over $10,000 to get the work done, so keep selling drugs to your clients to get the cash.
Plant the Bomb in Hyland Manor
Hyland Manor is located in the southeast section of the map. After completing all of the above objectives, head to bed and check your phone the next day to get a message from Sam about the completed tunnel. Make your way to the Barn and travel south to find the newly created tunnel. Head inside and plant the bomb at the underground vault, then quickly head outside to safety. After 45 seconds, the bomb will explode, destroying the house and the occupants within, including Thomas.
The next day, you will receive a message from Ray Hoffman about the Hyland Manor up for sale. Visit Ray’s Realty and check out the properties for sale. The Hyland Manor will be up for sale, and it will cost $250,000. If you have the cash, pay for the house upfront. The manor houses up to 10 occupants, and offers 2 parking spaces, which is perfect for storing the Hotbox in Schedule I.
