The three areas you need to visit to find debates are Martira, Port Brilehaven, and Altabury Heights. There are three debates to participate in while in Martira, and four of them in Port Brilehaven. There is just one debate in Altabury Heights. To find out where the debates are taking place, explore the area to find a podium and hop on it to start. Usually, these debate podiums can be spotted near marketplaces.
