In Mecha BREAK, you get three types of currencies to use and get Strikers. Since most Strikers in the game require you to spend some form of money, you need to learn how to farm enough of them to acquire all 14 mechs that are offered. This guide will cover the best ways to farm Corite, Matrix Credit, and Merit Points in Mecha BREAK.
How to Get Corite in Mecha BREAK
The easiest way to get Corite is through a random reward from unlocking Ultimate Maintenance Boxes. There are two ways to get these boxes; you can either play the Mashmak extraction mode, or join the official Mecha Break Discord.
If you have joined the Discord channel, head over to #giveaways under the News section and select the Daily Check-In bot option. You will then receive a code, after which you can claim it in-game for a random chance of obtaining Ultimate Maintenance Boxes and, ultimately, Corite. You might also receive random rewards through your in-game mail, so keep an eye out for any unread messages to receive these boxes.
How to Get Matrix Credit in Mecha BREAK
The easiest of the three currencies to get, Matrix Credits are obtained by playing the game. Participating in events, PvP missions, or Mashmak can all give you Matrix Credits for free. But, for the ultimate grind, you need to invest in the Matrix Contract.
This acts as a battle pass for Mecha Break, and progressing through it will help you collect Supply Crates that contain Matrix Credit as one of the rewards. Corite can be exchanged for Matrix Credits. But be warned that Corite is extremely hard to come by, unlike Matrix Credits.
How to Get Merit Points in Mecha BREAK
The only way to attain Merit Points is to participate in Mashmak mode. This is an extraction game mode, and completing it successfully will reward you with Mission Points. 10% of the Mission Points get converted to Merit Points at the end of the run. While this might not be the best way to grind for Merit Points, it is the only way to do so.
Furthermore, you can also exchange all the drops you have collected during your Mashmak run and take it to the Logistics. Under this menu, you will find an option for Merit Points Exchange. You can check which items you wish to give away in exchange for Merit Points.
How to Use Corite, Matrix Credit, and Merit Points
As mentioned above, the primary uses of farming the above currencies is to purchase and related cosmetics. Some Strikers will require either Corite or Matrix Credit to purchase them, so you can choose which currency type you have in excess and use it to get your preferred Striker. Purchasing new Strikers is an essential component in Mecha Break, since the levels will get progressively tougher. Purchasing cosmetics is optional and should be done only if you have excess money to spend.
