Mandragora: How To Upgrade Healing Flask Charges & Potency

Like most RPG games, any way and means to increase healing is critical in Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree. In this game, there is a way to upgrade your Health Flasks to improve your healing capacity and get better HP regen. For that, you need to locate two unique NPCs, and this guide will show you how to upgrade healing in Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree.

How To Upgrade Health Flasks In Mandragora

You need to find Yrsa and Alannah to help you upgrade your health flasks, and you also need to collect unique items and hand them over to the two NPCs. First, let’s find out where you can find Yrsa so you can invite her over to the Witch Tree.

You can find Yrsa in the eastern section of Gravseep Swamp, south of Hunter’s Trail and the Witch Tree. Speaking to her will add her to the Witch Tree, after which you can use her skills to help upgrade your Health Flasks. Next, you need to locate Crystal Flasks and bring them to her. Each Crystal Flask increases the Healing Flask’s charge by one.

These flasks can be found randomly in the overworld, and you can collect the first one in Gravseep Swamp itself. To find the flask, from the Gravseep Swamp spawn point, head just a bit east till you find a run-down building. Use the platforms to get to the rooftop, then jump across east towards the other run-down building. Jump one level below and you will spot the Crystal Flask. Return to Yrsa and hand over the flask to upgrade your healing flask.

Just upgrading your flask’s charge isn’t enough, you also need to increase the potency of the health that is being restored by the healing potion. Alannah is here to help you out with that, and you can find her in Gloomroot Woods, west of the Ruins of West Wickham. From here, make your way to the upper levels to find Alannah under attack. Help her out, then she will join you back at the Witch Tree. To upgrade the potency of your health flask, hand over some Naceaia to her.

    Naceaia Location

You can find the first Naceaia plant right where you found Alannah. Just head a bit more east and get over the platform to pick it up. There could be others that can be found randomly while exploring the rest of the map, but for now, you can quickly hand this over and increase your healing potency.
