There are five dolls that can be found in the first chapter of Little Nightmares III. The first collectible doll can be obtained right away, but the rest are hidden in the world, which will require a bit of exploring to hunt them down. All Necropolis Chapter 1 Doll Locations in Little Nightmares III
Most of the time, you just need to take a detour from the proper path to find the dolls; some of them are hidden in plain sight, while some are put away behind rooms.
#1. Doll Location
After going through the sandstorm, climbing the ladder, and breaking the concrete bricks blocking your path, you will come across your first collectible doll in Little Nightmares III. The doll will be lying on the floor next to the large doorway, and on your right, top-right of the room. You can also spot the first of 11 collectible Crows in Necropolis right next to the doll.
#2. Doll Location
After the giant hands break the door, you will go down the elevator. Once the elevator reaches the bottom floor, break the brick wall on the left of the room. Head inside, and you will find the second doll.
#3. Doll Location
After climbing the wooden panels to get to the top of the well, move immediately to your right and go through the doorway. Now, instead of flying with the umbrella, climb up the stairs on the side to find the third doll in the area.

After the giant baby catches you and drops you down into the ground below, a flashback scene will trigger. After the flashback, you will wake up in a dark area. Go immediately to your left, and you will find the fourth doll in Necropolis Chapter 1.

After sliding down the wooden ramp, use an umbrella to reach the open doorway on the right. Keep heading right, break the wooden panel to enter the next room. Once you are in the open area, instead of going right, take the path on the left at a distance. At the corner of the area, you will find the fifth and final doll in chapter 1, Necropolis.
