Speak to Grayson in Office Sector Level 2
You’ll begin by helping a dying worker named Grayson. He asks you to retrieve a power cell to power up a forklift and access the manufacturing area. This leads you on a quest that eventually brings you to Silo 3.
Reach Office Sector Level 3
The elevator to the third floor is broken. So you will have to follow the signs to the Residence Tram, and then find the flooded office with a scientist trapped in the back.
You need to break the nearby window and use the broken furniture to reach him. He will reveal that the power cells were taken to Silo 3.
Before you reach Silo 3, you will need to get an anvil, a repair station, and an Energy Brick. Once you’ve crafted these, head back to the broken security panel near the elevator on Level 2. Use the Energy Brick to fix the panel, which will grant you access to the elevator up to Level 3.

How to Use the Keypad Hacker in Abiotic Factor
Once crafted, equip the Keypad Hacker in your hands. Walk up to a keypad-locked door. A prompt will show that hacking is required. Press the interact key (default is ‘E’) to activate the device. If the door only needs Class 1 Clearance, it will unlock automatically.
Note that the Level 1 Keypad Hacker only works on Class 1 doors. To access higher-clearance areas later in the game, you’ll need to upgrade the device to Levels 2 and 3.
