Infinity Nikki’s 1.8 Update now brings in some new activities and events to participate in and get rewards in. Under the Time to Collect event, you get to participate in several mini events, one of them being the Yin Yuan Album. For this event, you are required to collect 10 specific photos, but the locations to take each photo are a bit tricky to decipher. This guide will explain where to locate all 10 photos for Yin Yuan Album in Infinity Nikki.
How to Start the Yin Yuan Album Challenge Infinity Nikki
The Yin Yuan Album challenge is part of the new Time to Collect event, which unlocks as soon as you update the game and head over to Danqing Island. To view the event, visit the main menu and select the Events menu. Under here, select the Danqing Season tab and then select the Time to Collect tab.
Find and pick the Yin Yuan Album to see your photo collection and some hits on your next location. Do note that this is a limited-time event, and you are required to complete the objectives before September 1st. Doing so will reward you with various ranges of diamonds and upgrade packs.
All Yin Yuan Photo Locations
Fortunately, you don’t have to look too far to locate all the photos for the album. Completing Chapters 1 and 2 of the current season’s storyline will reward you with the first 4 photos. As for the other 6 photos, keep reading below to know where to look.
Boat in the Mist
For the first photo, head over to Reedblossom Shore and head south towards the pier. Jump up on the boat and take a photo of yourself on the boat to add it to your collection.
Glimpse of the Fan Egret
From your previous location, head back to the docks and travel a bit to the west while sticking to the shoreline. You will spot an Egret walking around, so get close to it without scaring it away. While taking a photo, focus on the Egret, but do capture yourself with the Egret within one frame.
Bamboo’s Reflection + Skyward Waterfall
Enter the Inkrealm map of Danqing Island and make your way to Ink Pool. If you haven’t completed Chapter 2 – Not What It Was; Not Who She Is, this area will be locked. Once here, walk across the wooden platform all the way to the end. Stand to the left side of the table and focus on the waterfall to the left. Snapping this photo will complete both objectives.
A Narrow Strip of Sky
Completing Chapter 2 will give you access to Loong Peak in Danqing Island. Head over to Loong Peak Summit waypoint and go up the stairs to the right of the Realm Challenge totem. Walk straight ahead and go across the wooden platform till you spot the waterfall on your right. Stand between the two mountains and take a picture while focusing on the gap between the mountains.
Truth Within the Scroll
Have the quest Journey to Loong Pagoda active in Infinity Nikki to gain access to the Loong Pagoda area within Danqing Island. This will unlock the door to the Pagoda, after which you just need to walk up the stage and stand in front of the large scrolls hanging ahead. Take a photo with all the scrolls visible in the frame to complete the challenge.
