The Father And Son Mystery requires you to get the code using the ‘Italian Poem’ note, and the cipher from the ‘Polybius Square Diagram’. Let’s see first how to get this note and how to then correctly apply the cipher.
Follow these steps to unravel the puzzle:
1. Reach The Borgia Towers
- Use Sister Giuliana’s Key to unlock the door at the top of the Borgia Towers.
- After unlocking, turn immediately to your right to find the agency room’s door. This can also be opened with the same key.
2. Locate The Clues
Inside the agency room, search the drawers to find two essential items:
- The Italian Poem
- Polybius Square Diagram
3. Understand The Polybius Cipher
- First, look at the highlighted letters in the Italian Poem: I, R, I, A, T, A, S & O, from top to bottom.
- Now, look at the Polybius Square Diagram, take sets of 2 letters from above, and get the matching number. So, for eg, we have I & R as the first two letters, and the number against these letters looks up to the number 5: the first number of the 4-digit code.
- Similarly, we get
- I+A = 8, T+A = 7, S+O = 3
- Combine these to get the code: 5873.
4. Unlocking The Safe
