How To Unlock Faster Swimming in Fantasy Life i

In FLi: The Girl Who Stole Time, you can keep yourself busy exploring the vast world of Reveria. On it, you inhibit an island that is where you will set up your operations. There are tons of in-game mechanics to learn as well, and one of them is learning how to swim. While you can unlock basic swimming, you can also learn how to swim faster. This guide will explain how to unlock faster swimming in FLi.

How to Swim Faster in Fantasy Life i

To start your lessons on swimming faster, you need to find a particular NPC in East Dryridge Desert. Once here, explore the central area near the water canal, where you can find a level 5 Palm Tree. You need to explore the shoreline and investigate the areas behind the trees to spot a shark NPC called Madam Chomp. Speaking to the shark will start a side quest called Essential Swimming Secrets.

This is a level 10 task, and before you can begin, you need to pay Madam Chomp a membership fee of 5 Cashnut. The task is pretty simple to complete, as you just need to jump into the water beyond Madam Chomp and swim to the marked location. The shark will comment on your slow swimming, and will give you the Swimmer’s Pride quest item. This will complete the quest and drastically improve your swimming speed.

    How to Start Swimming

There is no special technique to learn if you want to start swimming, as you just need to jump into any pool of water and get going. Once your character starts floating on the water, use the direction stick to move around. Swimming does not take any SP, so you can swim around as much as you want. But, not all bodies of water are safe for swimming.

If you notice barricades on the shoreline or your movement stops before jumping in, then that area is closed off. Also, you cannot swim within vast bodies of water like the sea, so those areas are completely off limits. To get back up on land, just swim towards the platform and press the Climb button on your respective console. Your character will automatically get back up to land.

We have a bunch of guide on FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time, and you can check out the ones on All 5 West Dryridge Desert Leafe Locations, All 5 West Dryridge Desert Leafe Locations, and List Of All Strangelings.
