How To Unlock Yasha Of Hundred Blades Hidden Boss

You must finish the game twice, make it to Chapter 3 titled “Sky of Demons”, and defeat the Nine-tailed Fox to then unlock and face the hidden boss: Yasha of Hundred Blades.
How To Defeat Yasha of Hundred Blades
Yasha is by far the strongest boss fight in the game, which is very fitting for the role of a hidden boss. Luckily, the boss doesn’t have a second phase, so you can focus all of your energy on the first and only phase of the fight. It is also important to note, only one attack of Yasha can be parried; all of her attacks need to be avoided as much as possible.
List of Attacks:
- Summons Sword: Yasha will surround herself with dozens of summon swords. After a few seconds, all the swords will be launched in every direction. It is an AOE attack, but if you position yourself between these swords, you will be safe from the attack. What also worked for me here was dashing twice in two different directions, and that always dodged this attack successfully for me.
- Summon Sword II: Here, Yasha will summon swords on her left and right, pointing at your location. Which means the middle section will always be empty. All you have to do here is get close to Yasha, cover the middle section, and start slashing her with your weapon.
- Swinging Swords: Yasha will summon six different swords around her, and after a few seconds, they will start rotating fast. It’s a large-scale AOE attack; either you can get out of the way to avoid getting hit by the sword, or get close to Yasha in the center of the moving swords. The only blind spot in the attack is in the middle, where Yasha is located. If you see swords start swinging around you, get close to Yasha and hit it with a precise combo.
- Tip: Don’t use the Dash move here, or you will easily slip into the swords rotating around her. The space to move will be very limited if you decide to attack her in the middle.
- Yasha also has a different variation of the Swinging Sword attack, but the tactics stay the same. The new attack has Yasha setting up her swords in two rows (3 swords each), and all of them will start rotating immediately. Here, either you can avoid the attack by staying far away or use the technique mentioned above, get close to Yasha, and start hitting her.
Note: In both times when Yasha decides to throw a rotating sword attack, always get close to her, and do heavy moves. Never use any slippery maneuver, such as a charge attack or a Dash light attack. Or you will get out of the safe zone and dive straight into one of the swords.
After you have taken down 40% of Yasha’s health, she will have two new attacks.
- Slashing AOE: Here, Yasha will slash half of the area with her sword, but it takes a few seconds of build-up and a visual indicator of the attack covering 50% of the arena. Staying close to her is the best technique, as the attack will start from either her left or right. A simple dash will avoid the attack. If you are far away from the boss, it will take more dashes to make it to the other side.
- Once you avoid the attack, hit her a few times, but don’t use the Dash move. You must also stop right when she grabs her sword. Here, she will start chasing you with three sword swings. You must avoid all three of her sword attacks by dashing away. Always wait for the attack, when it is about to land, use the Dash move. Don’t panic and waste it all, or you will be in trouble. Yasha will take a few seconds between each swing, always dashing when the attack is about to hit, not before or after.

She will repeat the attack twice, then she will freeze time, the area around her will turn white, and everything will get slower. Here, Yasha will hit one special attack in a single line (indicated with the color Green) at your location. You will see a giant golden circle around her, it’s time to hit her with a parry to deal damage. Don’t worry about messing up, it’s not a one-hit kill, or if you are low health, you will die, but having a revival talent will help you get back up.
If managed to survive the blow, then the fight continues with all of the attacks mentioned above, ending with the Slashing AOE attack, and finally, the freezing time for the parry move. Follow the techniques mentioned above to defeat her, and you will see the true ending of the game and unlock Inferno Scroll for a more difficult experience.
