Once you have collected enough Coarse Animal Fur, go to the Spinning Wheel to craft Coarse Thread. The Spinning Mill can be put up with the following resources:

You must obtain Ash Logs to get Ash Planks via the Sawmill. After you have built Sawmill, interact with the machine, and add the Ash Logs to turn them into Ash Planks.
