You get to continue your adventures as Kay Vess as you meet new characters and explore new areas to uncover new quests. With the Pirate’s Fortune DLC, there are tons of quests that you can pick up that will lead you to explore more of the lore of the game. But before you can get to that, you need to find a way to install the DLC so you can start playing it in Star Wars Outlaws. This guide will cover everything there is to know about getting the DLC and how to start it in the game.
Star Wars Outlaws How to Start A Pirate’s Fortune DLC
There are three ways to get A Pirate’s Fortune DLC after its release on 15th May, 2025. You can get it through the following methods.
- Included with the Ultimate Edition of Star Wars Outlaws.
- Purchase the standalone DLC for $14.99.
- Purchase the Season Pass for $23.99.
The DLC and Season Pass can be purchased from the Ubisoft Connect app, and there is currently a sale running through till the 20th of May, 2025. After which, the prices of the DLC and Season Pass may vary. You can also head over to the in-game store after launching Star Wars Outlaws and browse all available bundles and packs till you find A Pirate’s Fortune DLC.
After getting the DLC through any of the above methods, you also need to install the Update 1.6.0 for Star Wars Outlaws. After that, restart the game so the changes take effect. Make sure you have completed all the main story quests in the original game, or you can’t unlock the new quests from A Pirate’s Fortune. The DLC will start after you get into your ship and receive a call from ND-5 regarding something strange in the Trailblazer, which is the start of a new quest called A Pirate’s Plight.
