Once Human has base (or as the game chooses to call it – territory) building as a key gameplay mechanic, and it is more than likely that you will spend a substantial amount of time adding equipment, expanding and upgrading your territory (You may also seen realise that the current area where you initially put up your base does not work – in which case you can check out our guide on how to move territory in Once Human). Well – the game also gives you a commission to purify your territory in Once Human. In case you are looking for help on the best way to go about it, we have put up all the details you need to know on this.

How To Purify Your Territory In Once Human

You can purify your territory in Once Human by constructing a Stardust Resonant Filter and then defending it against enemy attacks for a specified duration. Perform the following steps in order to purify your territory in Once Human

    • Put up a Stardust Resonant Filter in your territory. You can do this by going to Facilities -> Function Facility and selecting Stardust Resonant Filter.

    • The Stardust Resonant Filter requires the following resources, all of which should easily be there with you in sufficient quantities as they are pretty common ones:
      • 20 * Glass
      • 30 * Metal Scraps
      • 20 * Rubber
      • 10 * Copper Ingot
      • 10 * Acid
    • Once the Stardust Resonant Filter is ready, you can approach it and press F, and then add an Eclipse Cortex Stone of either level 1, 2 or 3. Depending upon the level of the Eclipse Cortex Stone, the Monster level, waves and no. of Elite Enemies will vary as below:
Eclipse Cortex Stone LevelMonster LevelMonster WavesNo. of Elite Enemies
    11532
    22532
    33521
    • Click on Start Purify – which will begin the monster waves and on defending the Filter successfully for 5 minutes, the process of purifying your base in Once Human will be complete. You will get Starchrom of the amount specified in the Output preview tab when starting Territory Purification.

Tips On How To Best Purify Your Territory In Once Human

    • Ensure that you set up the Resonant Filter in an open area, away from the main structure in your territory as much as possible.
    • Preferably, there should also be some space around it where you can install turrets to take on some of the enemies.
    • As soon as the monsters spawn, they will head towards the Filter in an attempt to destroy it, so keep that in mind. It is a good idea to put Sandbags around the Resonant Filter to make it that much more difficult for the monsters. Also, the monsters can spawn in front as well as behind – in all directions.
    • You can have a look in the Territory Purification tab what kind of monsters will spawn as seen here:

    • You can play around with different quantities of Eclipse Cortex to change the Purification Defense Duration, the type of enemies and the overall challenge level. The amount of Starchrom will also, accordingly change depending upon the difficulty level of the challenge.
    • There is a Weekly Purification Limit of 40 Eclipse Cortex – which is sensible else this could have turned out to be an infinite Starchrom farm.

And that completes all the information for you to keep in mind when attempting to purify your territory in Once Human.
