There are a handful of puzzles to solve in Dune Awakening Chapter 2, but nothing is as complex as the puzzles in The Bloodline. This is the 6th quest in the new chapter that started with Proces-Verbal quest, and had you completing From the Ashes, to finally come closer to identifying the one responsible for Osten Laithe’s murder. But first, you need to pass the Bene Gesserit test, and this guide will explain how to do so in Dune Awakening.
Passing the Bene Gesserit Test in Dune Awakening
For the Bloodline quest, Ariste will help you learn more about your bloodline by investigating the clues below the Palace’s archives. Follow through with the questline as usual till you meet up with Ariste near the Archive entrance. After you gain entry inside, your task is to avoid the guards here and find 4 of the young Aristes’ etchings.
- The first etching is found on the table to your right, just after you go down the stairs to the upper archive level.
- Go south and down the corridor where the hologram is. To the right of the hologram is the second etching on the table.
- Go east and enter the next room. Continue till you spot the stairs that take you to the middle section of the archive. You will find the third etching on the table between the shelves in the middle of the archive.
- Continue down the stairs to reach the lower archive. Once you reach the bottom, go through the passage ahead, then go right and right again. At the end of the passage, on the stone shelf, is the fourth etching.
Look for Hidden Notes
Your next step is to look for hidden notes around the lower archive.
- For the first note, turn around from where you picked up the fourth etching. Enter the shelves on your right, then go left through the broken gate. On your right is an Angrily Torn Letter.
- Continue down the stairs and investigate the shelves on the left side to get the Letter from Lady Margot to Lady Jessica.
- From there, go right and go behind the first bookshelf in front. On the second bookshelf is A Draft from Lady Jessica’s Desk.
- Continue right and go down the passage. On your left is a Message to Lady Jessica on the shelf.
Bene Gesserit Test Solution In Dune Awakening
After collecting all 4 notes, head north and go through the passage. You will enter the puzzle room, where you will notice four raised stone platforms. Each of these platforms has holes in it, and the order of stepping on the platforms corresponds to all the notes and etchings you have collected. You could refer to them in your inventory, or check below to know which platforms to step on.
- 4-holed platform
- 7-holed platform
- 2-holed platform
- 3-holed platform
The platforms below you will move aside to reveal Reverend Mother Projection. This will ask you 4 questions, and you need to answer them correctly to pass through the area. The answers are given below.

There are no repercussions for failing the test, and you can do it all over again. When answered correctly, you gain access to the Breeding Matrix ahead, thus helping you uncover the truth about your bloodline and ending the Bloodline quest in Dune Awakening.
