To unlock the Fortune Teller’s Loot Crate you need to meet the Fortune Teller and complete the “On Joy and Sorrow” quest. The Fortune Teller’s Loot Crate is located in Fort Eyrie in a room on the first floor of the topmost building that you can get to by climbing a set of stairs and ladders.

However, this crate will be locked and can only be unlocked by completing Fortune Teller’s quest. If you haven’t found the chest yet, you can start this quest instead, which will eventually point you to the crate via an objective marker.

Once Human: On Joy and Sorrow Quest Guide

To start the On Joy and Sorrow quest, you need to talk with the Fortune Teller who can be found in a field at Brewery Estate (Coordinates: 2014,-3101). The recommended level for this quest is 25 so make sure you are strong enough before starting this quest.

Here is what you need to do to complete the On Joy and Sorrow Quest and open the Fortune Teller’s Loot Crate in Once Human:

    1. Approach the Fortune Teller and talk with her, choose “I’d like a fortune reading“.
    2. When asked about having to pay a price, choose the “Give her the item” option.
    3. Here, you can give her three of any food item and press “Submit”, I went with Saffron x3.

    8. Follow the objective marker to the first floor of the building and you will find the Fortune Teller’s Loot Crate which you can now open with the ‘Key from the Fortune Teller’.
