Ancient Mechanism Location Hell is Us
Head into the Senedra Forest and locate a campsite, collect the medkit here, then hand it over to the Wounded Soldier to receive the Ancient Mechanism. Speak to the wounded soldier resting next to the Senedra Forest Ruins entrance. You are required to find a medkit within an abandoned military camp in the forest so you can trade it for the Ancient Mechanism from the soldier.
To find the medkit, you need to venture deep into the forest. Keep an eye out for tree trucks with white Xs on them; this will lead you to the campsite quicker. Collect the medkit and return to the soldier to get the Ancient Mechanism from him.
Unlock the Ruin Entrance Hell is Us
The correct combination to unlock the entrance to the ruins is Crown, Eye, and Pickaxe. Take the ladder up beside the wounded soldier. After reaching the top, get up the second ladder, then go around to the right; you will spot a stone plinth. Place the Ancient Mechanism onto it to bring up three pillars.
Move the pillars around so you get the above symbols in front of you, starting from:

After the cutscene and quick combat sequence, you will encounter another locked door within the ruins. Explore the room to the right of the door to find clues and rare items. Gathering up all the clues, walk up to the door and turn the columns in the following order.
- Top: Tower
- Middle: Twin-headed snake
- Bottom: Fire
Secrets of the Ram Mystery Hell is Us
There are two Ram Head Medallions to collect, one within the ruins and one outside the ruins. Once the inner ruins doors are unlocked, take the ladders up. Keep fighting enemies and going upstairs; there will be a corpse holding the Lymbic Twin Axes. To the left is a locked door with two slots where the medallions should fit in.
To find the first medallion, after using your heirloom necklace to unlock the door ahead, keep going and defeating enemies. You will encounter a room with two enemies and a golden glowing item on the left side. Pick it up to get the first medallion.
For the second medallion, keep going past the area where you picked up the first medallion. Eventually, you will get the APC Key on a body and also find the exit. Get out to the trenches and follow along the main path; you will encounter the second medallion on a corpse.
Take both medallion and backtrack into the ruins and use them on the door. Once unlocked, you will receive the following items from within:
