How To Increase Loot Spawn & Get More Items In R.E.P.O

Unlike most extraction-based games, R.E.P.O can get intense very quickly. You have to navigate the levels with the help of your friends or solo to collect as much loot as possible and gain a profit. During your exploration of each level, you can collect various items of value that will ultimately add up to fill the quota. But sometimes, you might find that there is no more loot left for you to collect, leaving you high and dry and unable to fill up your quota. But this isn’t the end of the game, as this guide will show how to spawn more loot in R.E.P.O.

Collecting enough loot to fill up your quota is the main requirement of the game, but sometimes you might encounter some problem that will stop your progress. If, during an unfortunate event, your loot gets destroyed either by the extraction machine, the players, or monsters, then you won’t find a replacement for it right away. The more frequently your loot gets destroyed, the fewer items you are bound to find in the game, leaving you out from winning the level. But there are a few workarounds that you can try to get past this issue, which we have listed below.

    • Keep exploring the levels, as you might have missed a spot that you haven’t discovered before.
    • Some players have reported items respawning after a few minutes, so you can continue with the level to find out more items.
    • If you can’t find anything more, try to kill monsters and collect their orbs upon death. Larger monsters like the Blind Huntsman or Reapers have a better chance to drop these Orbs than Gnomes and Skulls.
    • Each orb can be sold for around $3K up to $7K, so it is worth taking your time in killing monsters if you don’t have any loot left in the level.
    • As a last resort, if all methods fail and you just want to reset your level, then you can either die by getting killed by monsters, setting off an explosive, or just exit to the main menu to end the match.

    Tips to Collect Loot

The best thing you can do if you don’t find any more loot is to just quit and start a new game. Be careful about the loot you collect and try to protect them from being destroyed by monsters or other players. Items like the Indestructible Drone can protect one item of value, and while it may cost a lot to purchase one, you will need it if you have a high value item in your loot list. Purchasing Pocket C.A.R.T. or C.A.R.T. can help you carry items faster to the extraction point.

You should also invest in getting character upgrades like strength, stamina, and health so you can quickly transport larger items of high value. Also try killing monsters by either tossing explosives, hitting or shooting at them with weapons, or just let other monsters fight each other if they are encountered within the same space. Once they are dead, check for Orbs which can be used to fill up your quota, thus helping you close the match quicker.

R.E.P.O still has a lot of functions to discover while you play the game, and we have guides covering how to save the game, how to create a lobby, and all items and upgrades available in the game.
