Also, this weapon can be attained in early game, so it is best to look for it as soon as possible. To get the Blood Oath, make your way to Horns of the South, which is your initial spawn point during early game. You can get here after escaping the Island Asylum. You might start off exploring the castle in the south side of the region, but to get the sword, you need to head east.
The exact location where you need to go is marked above, which is right next to the Ancient Cromlech. You have to swim across the lake to the small island jutting out from the surface.
