The Way of Winter update in Once Human, as expected also brings us new Deviants to capture. These bring their own powers and useful perks, some that help in combat and some in exploration. In this article, we will cover one of these newly introduced Deviants as well as the perks that it gets us. So, let’s get started on discovering everything about the Snowsprite Deviant in Once Human.

How To Get Snowsprite Deviant In Once Human

The Snowsprite Deviant is part of the Deviant: Snowsprite Quest.

    • First, talk to Lowe in Ice House Camp to unlock three different Deviant quests for us to get busy, One of the quests will be about Snowsprite Deviant, while others will focus on Mr. Wish and Tar Pudding.

Note: Lowe can be found in many towns but you have a higher chance of finding him in Whalebone or Ice House Camp. For Snowsprite Deviant we will need to talk to Lowe in Ice House Camp.

    • After talking to Lowe, it’s time for us to move to Moose City Food Factory. You will find that most of the factory is blocked by ice. Many of the quest items are encased in ice, we have to break the ice to access them.

    • Use a Molotov or torch to melt the ice to reveal a console for us to access. You will soon find out that you need a key card to access the console.
    • Head to the largest ice blockade in the area, and throw a Molotov to melt away the ice, this will reveal the keycard on a worker. Return to the console, and use the Keycard to activate it.
    • Now head to the path underneath the storage, here you will come across another ice blockade, melt the ice to access the hidden room. You will find the Snowsprite Deviant encased in ice just like everything in the factory. To capture in the Isolated Securement Unit, melt away the ice like the rest of the blockades we encountered in the game.

That’s it now you have a new companion in your journey to wreak havoc by freezing everyone ice cold.

What Does The Snowsprite Deviant In Once Human Do?

Here are some brief details on Snowsprite Deviant in Once Human.

    Deviant Type: Combat
    PvP vs PvE: PvE focused

    Combat Abilities:

    • Designated Target: Shoot Ice crystal at enemies from far away. It will automatically pick the target that is directly in front of you. If you see no targets ahead of you, then Snowsprite will pick anyone around you or at the back.
    • Auto Attack: If you set it to Auto Attack, Snowsprite will periodically spawn ice crystals next to the enemies, but now they act as a remote bomb, here you will have to shoot the ice crystal to deal damage. It creates a more strategic gameplay.

Another deviant that you may want to get your hands on in the new expansion is the Hydronaut Fish Deviant. Do check out our guide on this in case you need any help doing that.
