How to Get Excalibur in Mage Arena

Since Mage Arena is all about battling enemies and other players for territory, you can’t always depend on your spells to help you. There are a few choice melee weapons thrown in the game, and one of them is the Excalibur. This unique weapon requires you to find two missing pieces and put them together. To know where to go and look for those pieces, keep reading below.

To get the Shattered Blade of Excalibur and the Hilt of Excalibur, you and your friends need to head down the Crypt or the Mausoleum.

This structure is found within the Cemetery biome, on the northern section of the map. While exploring the region, you will encounter a Knight NPC who tells you about the legendary Excalibur and its two parts hidden within the Mausoleum. Before heading down to the lower sections of the Mausoleum, bring a torch with you to make it easier to spot enemies.

With the torch in hand, light up the braziers all across the floor to make it easier to see. The Mausoleum is home to many skeleton enemies, and they are defeated using any spell or weapon. Make sure that you destroy all the limbs of the skeleton as well, as they will continue to attack you even if you get rid of the head and body.

Keep exploring the crypt to find both pieces of Excalibur, which are located in different rooms. While you are here, also break down the vases and other breakable items to get special loot items. Once you have found both the Hilt and the Blade, backtrack the same way you came in to escape the Mausoleum. Press B to teleport back to base and use the crafting bench to craft the Excalibur.

    How to Use the Excalibur

The Excalibur is the most powerful weapon in the game once you equip it as a handheld item. One hit from this weapon will eliminate the target instantly, which is a great way to defeat your opponents and get their bases under your control. There are certain enemies who are not affected by the Excalibur’s power, like the Crystal Golem, so keep that in mind while swinging this sword around.

Also, the Excalibur is one of those weapons that will stay with you even after you die. This weapon can be stolen from other players with the Frog Stick, but it only works if they have the Excalibur as a handheld item.
