Skate 4 features a good amount of moves that require you to put in the itme ot learn them. One of the Stunts, named Take The Plunge, features three sets of unique goals or challenges that you must complete to finish the Stunt. One of them is quite tricky to pull off. Here is our guide on how to complete Take The Plunge in Skate 4.
Take The Plunge Guide in Skate 4

The Stunt Take the Plunge contains three Goals; you must complete all three of them to complete the Take the Plunge Stunt:
- Dive into the Canal
- Fly through Bridge Supports (2/2)
- Spread Eagle Duration (4 Seconds)
Let’s look at each of these goals one by one.
How To Complete Dive into the Canal
Button Prompt: R1 in the air
This one is fairly easy; all you have to do is run by pressing the L and take a dive into the canal under the bridge. You must sprint before you perform a dive into the water under the bridge to get this one unlocked. Press the LS key to build up momentum with the sprint before executing a jump. Once in the air, press the R1 or RB button to perform a dive and control your character to reach the target location.
Fly through Bridge Supports (2/2)
Button Prompt: Perform a Dive (R1 in the air)
You must repeat the action twice; the requirement is just to go through the bridge supports above the Canal.
- Take a dive near the bridge support next to the bridge, and you will see the bounce animation trigger at the moment when your body hits the ground.
- Now, use the movement key to push your body to go through the bridge support. Here, we are going to make use of the ragdoll animation from the bouncing effect to push our body between the support bars.
That’s it, do it twice to get the goal completed. If you manage to dive onto the top of the bridge support, don’t worry, you can still fall down and trigger the bounce animation on the ground. Again, use the movement key to move your character through the support.
Spread Eagle Duration (4 Seconds)
Button Prompt: R1 + X
Press R1 with X on your controller to perform a Spread Eagle, basically to do a glide in the air. The time stops at four seconds, so you have to glide in the air for around four seconds. This can be easily done, just run and perform a glide in the air. Reaching the bridge under the building will easily clock the timer beyond four seconds.
The second challenge will give you a bit of trouble, as you must go between the support twice, but the other two don’t have the sort of complexity to them.
