Fighting Raid Bosses are the toughest tasks to be introduced in Palworld. With the Tides of Terraria expansion, you do get a chance to prove your worth in front of the Moonlord. Like with most Raid Bosses, the Moonlord fight is not easy, and you need to work extra hard to land your attacks before it destroys you. This guide will explain how to win the Moonlord raid fight in Palworld.
How to Summon Moonlord in Palworld

First thing’s first, like most raid bosses, you will require the Summoning Altar and a vast expanse of free land to place it on. Creating a Summoning Altar is simple, as you just need 100x Stones and 10x Paldium Fragments. Besides this, you will require a Celestial Sigil Schematic, which can be found while exploring the new Sealed Realm of Terraria dungeon.
While you are within the dungeon, you should also farm a 100x Hallowed Bars, since you will require them to craft the Celestial Sigil. Luckily, Hallowed Bars are easier to get, as you just need to defeating enemies, unlock chests, or break open pots to get them. The Celestial Sigil Schematic, however, is a random drop from the chests at the end of the dungeon.

After you defeat the Eye of Cthulhu boss and just before exiting the dungeon, check out the two chests near the exit point to get the Sigil. Now, you can take the Schematic and the Hallowed Bars to any of the Production Assembly Line to craft the Celestial Sigil. After that, head over to your Summoning Altar and use the Sigil to summon the Moonlord Raid Boss.
How to Beat Moonlord

Moonlord can be a bit intimidating to look at, since this boss is twice as big as regular raid bosses. But, you can use its size to your advantage, as you get a larger hitbox to deal with. A few things to note is that:
- This is a level 50 boss
- It has over 400K HP.
- It also doesn’t have any elemental type, so any type of attack will work against it.
- This boss is stationary and only attacks using orbs and beams.
To fight the Moonlord boss, equip your best armor and shield for this fight, and it is best to bring any sort of rocket launcher, plasma cannon, or any long ranged heavy hitters. You can also bring along a Flying Pal to help you get up close to the boss. While trying to hit it, aim for the eyeballs on its forehead and hands.
If you keep repeatedly shooting the eyeballs, at some point, its chest will open up and reveal a heart. You need to shoot the heart to deal the final blows and kill it, thus ending the fight. You can claim the following rewards after defeating it.
- Legendary Meowmere Sword
- Moon Lord Mask
- Stout Fruits
- Life Fruits
- Power Fruits
- Ancient Civilization Core
- Training Crystals
- Life Pendant +2
- Attack Pendant +2
- Defense Pendant +2
- Small Power Lotus
- Small Life Lotus
- Small Stamina Lotus
- Small Speed Lotus
- Small Carrying Lotus
Once the fight is over, you can resummon the Moonlord if you still have the Celestial Sigil on you. But, you cannot capture Moonlord unlike other raid bosses in the game.
