Spooky season is finally setting in Fortnite with this year’s Fortnitemares, which have already started making their terrifying rounds on the island in Chapter 6 Season 4. With the arrival of Mystery Inc. a.k.a the Scooby Doo gang, come new Scooby Doo Found quests, which involve every member of the team. One of these quests is helping Daphne locate her luggage, which has been stolen. Here’s how you can easily help Daphne and find her stolen luggage in Fortnite.
How To Start Daphne’s Quest In Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 4
Activate this secret quest in Fortnite by interacting with the Daphne NPC at Viney Shafts and selecting the “Need help” option from the interaction wheel. Once you’ve done that, Daphne will inform you about her stolen luggage and task you with tracking it.
Sounds easy enough? Well, there’s a catch. You’ll be given only four minutes to complete this quest, after which, if you’re unable to retrieve her luggage, the quest will be rendered incomplete, and you need to try again. Here’s where you need to look if you want to get Daphne’s beloved luggage back to her in time.
Interrogate The Mothman Southwest of Viney Shafts
Once you’ve activated the quest, head to the mountain southwest of Viney Shafts, where The Mothman NPC is located, and a quest marker will be visible on your map, which will make it easier to find him. He’ll be found near a campfire, at the edge of a cliff on top of the mountain. Upon interacting with him, you’ll be given the option to interrogate him. All you have to do is walk up near Daphne’s luggage, and the quest will be marked as complete.
Upon interrogating him, you’ll find out that his reason for stealing Daphne’s luggage was his attempt at being noticed by the Scooby Doo gang, in hopes of joining them and solving a mystery rather than being the mystery himself. He’ll acknowledge that what he did was wrong, and after he’s done talking, you’ll be granted 10,000 XP for completing the quest.
You don’t need to get the luggage back to Daphne, stand near the luggage and then interact with The Mothman within 4 minutes of activating the quest, and you’ll have a smooth sailing. That’s all you need to do to complete Daphe’s quest and find her belongings in Fortnite.
