FNAF Secret of the Mimic gives you 3 possible endings, and while you don’t have to worry about any major decision-making during the game, the ending that you pull out depends upon one decision that you make at the very end of your adventure. Let’s look at all the endings in FNAF: Secret of the Mimic
FNAF Secret of the Mimic Bad Ending
You get the Bad Ending in the game if you obediently do what the Dispatch voice tells you to do: put the Data Diver in the ‘Inventory System’, right where it is needed. Approach the unit at the right, and put the Data Diver in the nice, official looking suitcase. You also get complimented for a job well done, and that you can hop into your van and get going, your work here is done.
However, when you make it out, in the next scene, you are told that you have been exited from the company for ‘destruction of company property’. And while you adjust your mirror, you get the shock of your life with the Mimic right there in the back of your van! You then end up as one of the suits in the Manor!
FNAF Secret of the Mimic: Normal Ending
You get the Normal Ending in FNAF Secret of the Mimic if you do not obey what the Dispatch voice tells you to do, and instead run the parachute.exe file. This opens up a vent on the floor, and while you enter, the Dispatch voice pleads with you to hand over the Data Diver. Ignore that, and enter the vent. You then continue playing and at a point in time, you hear Fiona’s voice also pleading you to undo the steps that you have taken. Once that is done, make a run to the tunnel on your left as the Mimic pursues you, press the white lever, and make your way out, following the tense but linear path.
You will eventually end up on a bridge with the Mimic making its way towards you, till an overhanging platform happens to fall on it, conveniently opening up a path for you. Take the toy car, and you will see the exit on your right. Go through the now-burning Manor to the safety of your van…but the Mimic follows you, leads you to an accident, and takes the Data Diver away.
FNAF Secret of the Mimic: True Ending
The True Ending of the game can only be unlocked in a NG+ cycle. Play the Moon.exe and upgrade to a higher level. Select Talk to the Sun when that option appears onscreen, and you get ‘The Glitched Permission’. Collect all tapes from the Manor to open a vent in David’s bedroom, and also ensure you have collected the White Tiger Doll.
Place it on the pedestal in David’s bedroom and then watch the interaction. Every time the Mimic takes steps to get you, but with the next button press, and the story progresses, it calms down. You must follow the proper storyline here, so ensure that you put in the right sequence as mentioned below. The clue is on the wall on the right, so you can keep checking there as well.

- Rabbit (2nd button on the left)
Once the story is complete, the Mimic freezes, and you can use your Data Diver. The Mimic will take the White Tiger Doll and go to bed.
FNAF Secret of the Mimic Early Ending
At the very beginning of the game, as soon as you see that the main door is closed, go back to your van and drive away to trigger the ending!
